The garden club plant sale

Well, don't we look so Grant Wood.

Pat and I worked the garden club's plant sale this last weekend. It reminded me of troop 89's pancake breakfast. Three days of a ton of work followed by two hours of chaos. Pat volunteered to run the day lily booth. I was assigned to the Hosta booth after the club found out we have over 400 hosta in the back yard.

People started to line up at the entrance two hours before the gates opened. At 1100 church bells chimed and the hoards rushed the place. It was wild. It was like those vids of 100 cheap wedding dresses and 2000 customers. I still found time to take pictures.

Done for the day.
