Flowers

We got your red flowers. We got your white flowers. We got your pink flowers. I do know the names of these things, but it's more fun to pretend I don't. We finally hit the big time with the hydrangea bushes this year. Our friendly neighborhood deer ate the bushes down to the nubs early in the season, but they seem to have rebounded. The white flower with multiple little blooms half way down the page is an obedient plant which is native to Ohio.

i agree with sarah - the hydrangea is beautiful. i see a lot of hydrangea plants in yards out here - i think i may try my hand at them in the little strip of land next to our stoop in the new home.
