Hosta flowers

With who knows how many hosta plants in the back yard, you can guess that we have a lot of hosta flowers. And I mean a lot! About half of our plants are flowering. The rest will flower through August. When a plant flowers all depends on the type of hosta, how much sun the plant gets, and a bunch of other things that I don't understand. The flowers range from near white to deep lavender. The flower's shape ranges from a cup shape to a trumpet shape. During the day there are a bazillion bees in the back yard. Fred catches them for a snack. it's kinda of fun to watch the bees sting him while he's chomping down on them. Boy there's going to be a ton of dead heading.
