The aftermath

The temps in the 40s today. The six inches of snow we got yesterday was gone from the sunny parts of the yard by mid afternoon. Now we have standing water in the low spots. If the perennials are under water too long we'll lose them. It's always interesting to watch the inevitable progress of spring. The juxtaposition of snow and green and flowers is very cool.
