beauty on the tollway II

While I might not be gardening as much as I would like, I am seeing all the sights along the Ohio Turnpike and Indiana Tollway. Just west of Angola IN I happened upon (well maybe not exactly happened upon, since both the tollway and field are always there) a commercial flower operation. How cool is that? I saw it a couple of weeks ago but my camera was packed away. Now the camera sits on the dash.

Thank the good Lord for sights like this one along the tollway, right? You're smart to keep your camera handy...no telling when you'll need it.

Now that would be a surprising and beautiful sight to see on your long drive.

Smart man, to keep the camera on the dash. I've started carrying the camera in my big purse. The world is just too full of beautiful surprises. :)

Hope you're doing all right, Jim!

What a great picture. Reminds me of fields of wildflowers I used to see growing up in middle Tennessee.

My hosta's are about burned up in this hot Alabama heat. 90+ degree days since the first week of July!
I will be moving them to shadier locations soon. When is the best time to move hosta's?
